I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself to those that don't know me. My name is Dee Gladney or "Coach Dee". I have been coaching youths sports for the past 5 years and I simply enjoy working with young players and watching them develop. I have coached flag for the past 4 years and I coach tackle in the fall. My coaching style is really laid back and structured but I do stress discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship. We work as a team and act as a family. No matter what experience level your player is, my goal is for them all to go out there, compete, and have fun. Winning is not as important as playing the game with heart and integrity
